Protecting Our Families is What Matters, by Stephen Yellin:

On Wednesday night, the Township Council voted to reject an ordinance I proposed to formally create Smoke-Free Zones at our public schools, parks, sports and recreational fields, and our new Municipal Complex. The ordinance would see Berkeley Heights officially place marijuana and tobacco on the same level as alcohol – something that should not be used in these public places, where families and children regularly gather. I thank Mayor Devanney and Councilman Alvaro Medeiros for supporting this measure.
